We have great news for families that have just relocated to the area and are looking for a pediatrician for the child(ren)! We have providers in both the Ridgefield and Wilton locations that are now taking patients!!!
How do I join the practice?
It is super easy!! Just scroll down and complete the online new patient intake form. Once the form has been submitted, we will confirm your insurance eligibility and contact you to review the information given and instruct you on how to transfer any prior medical records.
Please know that for us to maintain the highest standard of care, we will need to have your medical records in our office for review prior to scheduling any well visits.
